Warranty, return and exchange

The ideyka.ua online store is its own subdivision of the TM "Ideyka" company. He is officially engaged in the sale of TM "Ideyka" products through Internet trade on the territory of Ukraine.

The manufacturer guarantees that all products presented on the site are original and certified.

Please check the completeness and absence of defects in the product upon receipt, the completeness is determined by the description of the product on the product.

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

To use this feature, please make sure that:

1) the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated
2) the factory marking has been retained
 

In the event of a discrepancy in the ARTICLE, you can return the goods within 14 days in accordance with the rules for the return of goods purchased from our company. Please note that goods that have lost their presentation or the integrity of the packaging, as well as with any traces of use and exploitation, will not be accepted for return!

Unfortunately, we are forced to refuse a return or exchange in the following cases:

1) Products that have been damaged (excluding manufacturing defects)
2) Products that have traces of use
3) Individual orders made at the request of the customer
4) Items after 14 days from the date of sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange
5) The safety of packaging, boxes has been violated
6) There is mechanical or other damage that arose as a result of deliberate or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties
7) Violated the rules of use
 

Terms of return or exchange of goods
The exchange and return of goods of good quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that the presentation of the purchased goods is preserved.

If you do not live in Dnipro, you can send the goods back using the New Mail delivery service. If the product has preserved its presentation and packaging, we will exchange it for you or refund your money.

After receiving the product for exchange / return, our specialists will check the condition of the goods for quality control within 3 working days.

After a specialist has checked the condition of the goods, we will make a refund or exchange for another product.

When returning money for an item, we will not reimburse the shipping costs that were in the original order.

The company may refuse to return or exchange if:

- accidental damage caused by the customer or damage caused by negligence or use
- damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena)
- damage caused by the use of the product for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation
